NDIS- National Disability Insurance Scheme

We provide podiatry and Foot care services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). If you or someone for care for is an NDIS participant, requiring Podiatry services as part of your plan, please contact us to discuss how we can work together to achieve your goals.

 

 

DVA- Department and Veterans’ Affairs

Patients who have DVA GOLD cards are eligible to get 12 Podiatry sessions per year. To get Podiatry services under DVA please discuss further with your GP or contact us directly to get more information.

 

 

Care plan- CPD/EPC

A care plan is a management plan for a chronic condition that the doctor manages over a 12-month period. You’ll get a maximum of 5 visits depending on your eligibility each year to see an Allied Health- Partial payment of your consultation fee will be reimbursed back to by Medicare. HICAPS- PRIVATE

Patients do not need to have a referral to book an appointment. Private consultations are available at Base Podiatry. If you have private health insurance and extras for Podiatry, depending on your coverage you can claim some of the fees from your private insurance. If you don’t have private health, the full fee will be charged at the end of your appointment. To find out about our private fees, contact us directly, please.
